About The Cabinet Collective

A broader cabinetry and project-support network built on manufacturing knowledge, technical accuracy, and practical industry experience.

Built on the Manufacturing Side of the Industry

The Cabinet Collective was built on a foundation most cabinet providers do not have.

Jeff Waggoner began his career working directly within cabinet manufacturing as an in-house designer, gaining a behind-the-scenes understanding of how cabinetry is engineered, constructed, modified, ordered, and produced at scale.

That experience now supports a broader network of cabinetry, storage, commercial, outdoor, built-in, and professional project solutions.

Rather than forcing every project into one product line or service model, The Cabinet Collective connects each client with the right division, cabinet line, supplier relationship, and level of technical support for the work at hand.

20+ Years in Cabinet Manufacturing, National Design Operations, and Project Execution

National Experience. Real Project Execution.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Jeff has worked across cabinet manufacturing and national design operations, overseeing the technical execution of thousands of cabinetry projects throughout the country. His background spans both the factory side of the industry and the practical coordination required to move complex projects from concept through ordering and installation handoff.

This includes:

  • Managing complex layouts across residential, commercial, and specialty project types
  • Coordinating product specifications, modifications, and ordering accuracy
  • Supporting homeowners, contractors, designers, builders, and project teams
  • Preparing detailed plans and technical documentation for installer reference

That national exposure brings a practical advantage. Projects are not treated as isolated designs, but as coordinated systems that must move successfully from planning and product selection through ordering, delivery, and installation handoff.

Bridging the Gap Between Design and Manufacturing

Many cabinetry decisions are made from either a showroom perspective or a construction perspective. The Cabinet Collective works between the two.

Every recommendation considers:

  • Construction methods and material quality
  • Finish durability and consistency
  • Manufacturer capabilities and limitations
  • Layout accuracy and field conditions
  • Budget, timeline, and project complexity
  • Installation realities and contractor coordination

This approach helps reduce ordering errors, unsuitable product selections, field conflicts, and avoidable project delays.

The result is a more informed, technically grounded path from concept through fulfillment.

A More Flexible Way to Plan and Source Cabinetry

Cabinetry is one of the most critical components of any project. It affects layout, function, budget, timeline, installation, and final quality.

The Cabinet Collective was created to provide a more flexible path than a single showroom, manufacturer, or service model can offer.

Through its divisions and supplier relationships, clients receive:

  • Access to multiple cabinet lines and product categories
  • Technical guidance based on real manufacturing knowledge
  • A project path matched to scope, budget, and design goals
  • Clearer coordination between design, ordering, and installation
  • Support for residential, commercial, outdoor, storage, and specialty spaces

The objective is not to sell every client the same solution. It is to identify the right solution and execute it accurately.
